By using compassionatehomes.org and related CHV services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Purpose of the site

This site provides information about Compassionate Homes for Veterans (CHV), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and entry points for veterans, donors, funders, and partners.

Content on this site is informational. It does not create a client relationship or guarantee services.

Donations

Donations are processed through Zeffy. Zeffy, not CHV, handles payment processing.

Receipts are issued by Zeffy. Contact info@compassionatehomes.org for receipt corrections.

Merchandise purchases, if offered in the future, are not tax-deductible.

User conduct

Do not interfere with the site, attempt to access restricted areas, or submit malicious content.

Do not submit false information through intake or partnership forms.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party sites. CHV is not responsible for third-party content.

Intellectual property

All content, including the CHV logo and brand marks, is the property of Compassionate Homes, Inc. unless noted.

Press and media may use materials in the Press Kit in line with the stated guidelines.

The site is provided as is and as available. CHV makes no warranty about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CHV is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.
